Not receiving password reset link

Hi,

This morning i had to reset my browser, in doing so i lost my saved password for my account. I have requested a password reset link several times to no avail. I have checked my inbox and spam folder and i have received nothing. Has anybody had this problem/how did you solve it?

So, I've been waiting four days for support to help, they have done nothing. Still no access to my account and still the forgot password button does not send me an email. I have sent maybe 10 emails to support, and for what? Support (if you can even call them that) are useless.

Is it possible you used a different email for your account than the one you are checking?
Typically Support will respond, just not on the weekends. But I've never had an issue where they didnt get back eventually.
Btw nowadays you can sign into your browser so that if you reinstall windows or move to a new pc, all your bookmarks & browsing cookies & saved passwords & form data can migrate over with no hassle, after you sign into the new one. Makes situations like this non existent going forward.

I'm not a new player I've been playing for around 3 years it definitely isn't a different email address. It's a level 11 base so not an account i want to lose. They have responded just not helped in the slightest. Took them 2 days and 8 emails just to tell me they will pass it on to their "specialists". I have had a password reset for this account before, but deleted the email with password as i saved it in my browser but chrome messed up recently and i knew i could just request a new password. The forgot password thing isn't even working. Must have pressed it 4-5 dozen times now in frustration. Nothing. Nada. Not a thing. Not been able to take part in bot, clan wars, collect dailies, lost my bonuses. Should be easy to fix, any other game support would have had this sorted straight away.
