Negative Fame Toggle button

It would be nice to activate a 'negative fame' button so that if some clan members go high fame and get their achievements, while other clan members can get negative fame to balance out overall Clan Fame. Sometimes zero Fame just isn't low enough to balance it out before the next Clan War.
