Ability to report Players (and Clans)

A good thing would be the ability to report players and/or clans, seen some groups, and even a big one promoting nazism, the leaders/admins wanna be called ''Führer'' and even the clan description is
stereotypically spelling and sentence construction like back in 1945, also the Leaders/Admin being really rood to other players, and this is not the first time, please do something about these misbehaving Players.
